In-House Electron Beam Cross Linking  The suitably formulated insulation / sheath material is subjected to high energy electron beam (E-beam) irradiation.  The long linear molecules gets linked with adjacent chain segments and forms a three dimensional polymeric network.  This enhances the thermo- mechanical properties of insulation/sheath material.
