Essential Questions 1.How does linking knowledge and skills to a greater purpose impact deep understanding of concepts? 2.What do all students need to know and be able to do? 3.How do we teach so that all students will learn? 4.How do members of a professional organization mutually support one another to achieve a common goal of success for all students using Rubicon Atlas as a resource for all learners?

Why Stress Mapping? If you do these three things you will achieve improvement in ONE year. 1.Curriculum that makes sense for the kids, strategies are consistent and assessment is consistent and curriculum aligned. (Instructional Coherence) 2.We all understand it in the same way (shared vision) 3. Data driven decision making focused on intentional Acts of Improvement –Guiding principals – created from vision, mission, purpose, values and beliefs of the district –If you do not have this you have Random Acts of Improvement Victoria Bernhardt – Victoria Bernhardt –
