ATTENDING AN ONLINE MEETING INSIDE THE BEAUMONT NETWORK

In other words everyone is calling into the meeting.  Pins are available through The Help Desk/Dannielle Watson  Caution : Lost pins are irretrievable  FYI: Ignore all messages to use a pin!!! Lync: Attending Online Meetings TIPS :  If you are using a cell phone without a computer  call:  Enter the conference ID#  Enter a Leader pin (if you have one)  If you are using a non-Beaumont phone, it is recommended that you select the option to have Lync call you
