Who does the institution suggest is responsible? Institution Determine CIP codes for ALL programs affected Approve 2 year exemption for LPP program AND any other program/s affected. At the end of the TE, all programs will be evaluated on 2 years of data (FY12 & FY13) only. THECB Follow-up on any claim. The most common is challenging the start date.
