 Sometimes you need to know what a bill is referring to before you can know what it intends to achieve. For example, the bill may say:  AN ACT AMENDING SECTIONS , , , , , , , , , AND , ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES; RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.  Arizona Revised Statutes lists every law since statehood. Testify at a Committee Hearing from anywhere. 1. Visit the capitol and register at one of many kiosks available. 2. From any internet connection open ALIS and hit the request to speak tab 3. Log in using the ID and Password you chose when you registered 4. Follow the instructions to find your bill and state your position 5.
