Three Steps to Resolving Grief 1.Supportive Relationship (must have people who we can turn to in our pain and who can listen without anxiety) 2.Relaxed Body (regulation by softening muscles) 3.Telling our Story (Narrative IS integration and relegates loss to the past allowing us to remember with love)
