Verse 1 Looking at the heavens, there’s such a lot to see! Stargazing Verse 1 Looking at the heavens, there’s such a lot to see! It’s a night-time hobby, for me…And me…….And me! Many long years have been spent at this task. Something is coming, but what? You may well ask! Chorus Stargazing, stargazing, Gazing at the starry, starry sky. Stargazing, stargazing,Gazing at the starry sky and…… Waiting for a sign! Verse 2 Looking at the heavens, the stars are out tonight, Twinkling in the darkness, spreading silver light. Secrets they keep from the world down below. What are they hiding from us? We’d like to know. Chorus Stargazing, stargazing……. Verse 3 Looking at the heavens, the answers must be there. Why does nothing happen, however long we stare? Watching and waiting – our patience is thin! Something is coming but when will it begin? Chorus Stargazing, stargazing…….Repeat Chorus Stargazing, stargazing…….

Verse 1 Look at what’s appeared, Like a spotlight in the sky! A Brand New Star Verse 1 Look at what’s appeared, Like a spotlight in the sky! Hovering high, we’d love to know why, As it passes by. We’ve been waiting years, Then it suddenly arrives! Bigger than any other up there, It’s a fantastic surprise! Chorus There’s a brand new star in the sky tonight, It’s a shining sign that the future’s bright. A brand new star that will light the way To a brand new dawn of a brand new day. Away in a manger, no crib for a bed The little Lord Jesus, lay down his sweet head. The stars in the bright sky look down where he lay asleep on the hay.

The cattle are lowing, the baby awakes But little Lord Jesus, no crying he makes I love thee Lord Jesus, look down from the sky And stay by my side until morning is nigh.

Be near me Lord Jesus, I ask thee to stay Close by me forever and love me I pray Bless all the dear children in thy tender care And fit us for Heaven to live with thee there.
