Warren Barn is a converted linhay and threshing barn located in the grounds of Cockington Country Park close to Torquay. The centre and park is managed by Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust, a charity which looks after 1800 acres of land across Torbay in South Devon. The barn lies in a secluded wooded valley, close to Cockington Village, surrounded by 450 acres of country park and within walking distance to the beach, which makes it the ideal base for coastal and countryside residential visits and group holidays. The barn sleeps 42, with capacity to sleep a few more if required, it has a woodburner with large communal area for group meals, two large dormitories and two smaller bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large outside courtyard area with a campfire and pizza oven.
