Use your completed RBMT to fill in the ‘Strategy’ and ‘Action Plan’ columns for each of the Goals/Objectives per Key Result Area. Use ‘N/A’ if a Goal/Object for the Key Result Area is not applicable for your chapter/ministry (e.g., you do not have senior CFC members so use N/A for item #9 – Establish special ministry for seniors in CFC of the Evangelization, Missions and Church Integration key result area).
