YES the Church provides the right atmosphere for prayer the building itself helps nurture people in faith e.g. symbolism of features - crucifix is a reminder of the sacrifice of Jesus which won us salvation gathering together builds fellowship and demonstrates commitment gathering together reminds worshippers they are part of the WWBoC (1 Corinthians 12) NO you can worship anytime, anywhere Last Supper (Mark 14) took place in the Upper Room not a church In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said to pray in private (Matthew 5-7) it's more important to show faith in action rather than worship - remember James 2

YES all Christians share the same basic beliefs we are all part of the Worldwide Body of Christ "We are one body - one body in Christ" (1 Corinthians 12) Galatians 3 - hence we should show that by worshipping together NO it's OK to express different beliefs by having different forms of worship e.g. ……… if Catholics and other Christians worshipped together, their differences in belief regarding transubstantiation would cause hurt if Christians have different beliefs they can't ignore this fact
