BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE BACKGROUND 2000: GOVERNMENT WHITE PAPER VARIOUS GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, (e.g. DEFRA), HAVE BEEN INVOLVED ADMINISTRATIVELY. CURRENTLY (FOR CHESHIRE) ADMISISTERED THROUGH CHESHIRE COMMUNITY COUNCIL.*

IT IS A DETAILED, CRITICAL, CONSTRUCTIVE LOOK BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHAT IS A PARISH PLAN? (1). AT WHAT THE COMMUNITY OF MOBBERLEY WANT for the future.

IT MUST BE INCLUSIVE, SHOW WHAT THE COMMUNITY LIKES, SHOW WHAT THE COMMUNITY DISLIKES, SHOW WHAT THEY’D LIKE TO IMPROVE. BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHAT IS A PARISH PLAN? (2).

THESE ACTIONS SHOULD RESULT IN THE PRODUCTION OF A PARISH PLAN THAT REPRESENTS A SHARED VISION. THE PLAN SHOULD LOOK AT HOW TO TRANSLATE THIS VISION INTO REALITY THROUGH THE CREATION OF AN ACTION PLAN. BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHAT IS A PARISH PLAN? (3).
