Galilee News Jesus of Nazareth Performs Miracles A Man With Palsy A local resident of Capernaum lay sick with palsy heard of a man named Jesus who could heal the sick. The man’s friends found where Jesus was staying and brought the sick friend to him. Because of the crowds around the house, they took him up to the roof and lowered the sick man through the rood and into the room where Jesus was. Jesus said, “Son, thy sins be forgiven thee…Arise and take thy bed, and go thy way to thy house.” Immediately he took his bed and went home.
