Primary arguments against “HR” Smokeless, spitless tobacco is definitely not harmless *associated with a number of health problems including oral, esophageal, and pancreatic cancers, other oral diseases, increased risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and risk for fetal toxicity. Better, toxin-free and regulated products currently offered having exceptional quitting success.

Conclusion: It is undeniable that tobacco use is habituating, addictive, and causes disease, therefore all tobacco products should be avoided.The best advice for concerned tobacco users is to quit.
