Quit Main Menu

Quit Main Menu The camels feed on small berries and grass. They store water in their humps.

Quit Main Menu The peacock and the rattlesnake are carnivores. The rattlesnake feeds on small animals while the peacock eat insects and worms.

Quit Main Menu The orang utan and the polar bears feed on small berries. The orang utan also eats small insects. The polar bears eat fish, seals, penguins and otters.

Quit Main Menu The polar bears can withstand the cold in the cold climates because of their hollow fur and their thick blubber. Their fur keeps them camouflaged

Quit Main Menu Camels tiptoe over the hot sand in the deserts where they live in to prevent scorching their legs. They also have a hump which contains water and food.

Quit Main Menu The leopard has a covering of fur while the snake has scales.

Quit Main Menu The peacock has colourful feathers which can spread out from its tail. The feathers allow the birds, if they are not too heavy, to fly.

Quit Main Menu Monkeys swing across treetops to get food and to get away from predators. They also amuse themselves by swinging around.

Quit Main Menu Snakes slither around swiftly to get their prey and to move away from predators. They also coil around prey before eating them.

Quit Main Menu Penguins swim around in water in search of food and to escape from predators. They waddle clumsily on land but are good swimmers.
