2 AT YOUR CONVENIENCE INTERFACE ESTABLISH PRIORITIES AT YOUR CONVENIENCE (AYC) INTERFACE RATE ALTERNATIVES

At Your Convenience (AYC) Interface: Establish Priorities 3 Decision Participants can access the Pairwise Voting and Rate Alternatives by clicking on the ESTABLISH PRIORITIES and RATE ALTERNATIVES from the Decisions I’m Participating In section in the lobby ESTABLISH PRIORITIES AT YOUR CONVENIENCE (AYC) VOTING

(AYC) Establish Priorities 4 The ESTABLISH PRIORITIES link under the Decisions I’m Participating In in the lobby is where you directly access the interface for Pairwise decisions

Establish Priorities – Interface 5 You are presented with the first comparison in the set (selected top down or bottom up by the Decision Facilitator) The AYC Establish Priorities button launches the screen for completing assigned pairwise comparisons

Establish Prioritize – Interface cont. 6 Each person makes judgments by clicking the cell they want or using their keypad. First, evaluate which criteria is more important. Second, evaluate by how much using the Equal to Extreme scale. (By default the software will begin the voting at the parent level) 11 Criterion Description 1 1

Navigating Through Establish Priorities cont. Click GO TO NEXT to move to the next comparison until all criteria have been compared to each other Click to Show Navigation expands / collapses the comparison sets

Navigating Through Establish Priorities cont. Click on NEXT or NEXT SET to move to the next comparison until all criteria have been compared to each other

Establish Priorities – Search Feature In the search box, click on the name of a criterion to go directly to that vote The solution will take you directly to that criterion Alignment

Establish Priorities – Criteria Tree Click the Tree View icon to show the criteria framework. Paired comparisons are done at each level in the tree 11 Parent Level Children Level 1 1

Establish Priorities – Priority Graph Once all stakeholder input is completed in all sets, the Priority Graph will show the priorities with respect to the Decision Goal

Establish Priorities – Priority Graph cont. The view of the graph can be changed by clicking on the different options, Ascending, Descending and Original Click GO TO NEXT to proceed to the next priority graph for the next set of criteria

Establish Priorities – Percentage Bar The percentage bar shows your progress. When the bar reads 100% Complete all inputs are collected 11 Exit the Pairwise interface by clicking the on the top right of the screen. This will take you back to the lobby where you can access the Rate Alternative interface
