Our school… Our school contains 110 pupils and has a lot of Polish people. We always have our morning prayer before doing the register. Usually we work till break time except if we have a treat or a trip somewhere out of school but it only happens once in a while though.

Our town… Our school is in a town called Todmorden in Lancashire. It’s a nice little town with lots of plants. In fact our town won Todmorden in Bloom Award in This is where we are

St Joseph’s is a mixed 3 to 11 voluntary aided school. We are a Roman Catholic school. There are 110 children at our school There are 4 classes (from Nursery to Year 6) and 2 years in each class! We have one teacher to teach 1 class and some teaching assistants. I like everything about my school and I wouldn't change anything. More about our School by Josiah

Our School Day We start our school day at 8:50. First we do the register. Then we say our morning prayer. Then we do some work At 10:30 it is break time At 10:45 break is over and we do some more work. Then at 12:15 we have dinner. At 12:45 we have another break which lasts half an hour and then we do more work until 3:30 and we are finished.

School Assemblies by Liam We do different kinds of stuff at our school like assemblies. My favourite assembly was science assembly about a scientist called Louis Pasteur. I was a wine maker who had sour wine and needed a scientist could pasteurise wine so it didn’t taste sour. Louis Pasteur discovered pasteurisation.

SPECIAL EVENTS by Michael EVERY YEAR WE RAISE LOTS OF MONEY FOR ALL THE POOR PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. WE RAISE MONEY FOR CAFOD, WE DO SPRING FAIRS AND ASSAULT COURSES AND COMPETITONS.

Treesponsibility In March Years 3 and 4 planted trees with Treesponsibility. Tree planting was for a good cause because threes help to prevent flooding in our valley. We planted 100 trees in total!

More about our sport at St Joseph’s by Liam We do a lot of extra sport lessons like football, netball, cricket and swimming My favourite one is football I am ace at football! What's your favourite?

Netball We do netball. Netball is mostly for girls but I’m doing it anyway

Cricket We do cricket as well and I am ace at it. I think a tournament is coming up and I am well exited for it!

Swimming We do swimming but its for year 4 and 5. The swimming gala is coming up, I’m so exited!

My favourite activities by Matthew I like swimming and play cricket. Year 3 and Year 4 go swimming on Mondays On Tuesdays we do cricket
