How is APDev governed? Oversight Committee (OC) Chairs: AUC / NEPAD Agency Members: African Countries, RECs, Key Stakeholder Organizations, Partner Institutions Core Management Team (CMT) Partner Institutions and RECs APDev Technical Support Team (Secretariat) APDev Discussion & Knowledge Sharing Forum

The Oversight Committee (OC) – Key Responsibilities 1. Approve APDev programs proposed by Core Management Team (CMT) 2. Endorse recommendations for consideration by chairing institutions 3. Sign off on proposed budgets for submission to PRC 4. Provide guidance to CMT 5. Foster visibility of APDev at all member institutions
