Why work with parents/carers? To raise achievement? To increase attendance and punctuality? To gain support and cooperation? To encourage contribution? To increase inclusion? To encourage adult learning? To support community development? To raise morale?

What are your key challenges? Making your school really welcoming? Getting all parents/carers involved? Getting all staff involved? Knowing what you really want to achieve? Finding time to plan and organise? Knowing how well you are doing? Limited physical space and resources?

Local Delivery of the LPPA through a Licensing Agreement A Local Authority or other local group contract with Prospects to deliver the LPPA The contract involves minimum of 5 schools in the local area The licensee and Prospects work in partnership to deliver the LPPA in the area
