Legal Formalities cost: Rs. 5000/- (Permission required from Charity commissioner, fire brigade). Labor Cost for the people involved in making arrangements : Rs. 20,000/- Total Approximate Cost : Rs. 2,75,000/- T & C : This cost may vary by 5 -10% depending on the various facilities to be provided to the visitors

Types of Sponsorship Sponsorship can be provided through following ways: – Cheque payments. – Providing services which are required in Event Management like snacks services, contribute to the Marketing Costs or any other services related to the Event is welcome.

Facilities to be provided to the Sponsors Banners to be put up in the town hall places like stage, corridor and other places as mutually agreed and on the Main hoarding for the event. (Number of the banners to be put up would be decided mutually depending on the contribution of the sponsors). Complimentary 5 passes(Maximum) to them. (Depend on the contribution made). Will be allowed to put their stalls in the auditorium corridor to showcase their products. (The manpower required for the same needs to be arranged by the sponserer). Again, the same would depend on the amount of contribution made by the sponsors. Special treatment to them and their family members like complimentary snacks, seats in the VIP section in the front of the stage, refreshments from time to time as and when required. Announcement of their contribution made from time to time during the Event.
