RENTAL GUARANTEE THROUGH ENSURENT WITH MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY In order to qualify for the above option the following should be adhered to: 1.1 The landlord and the tenant needs to be approved by MPR together with Ensurent. 1.2 MPR is entitled to finders fee or contract fees equal to 60% of the first calendar month’s rental payable in terms of any agreement of the lease on the property at any time. 1.3 In complexes with no security guards, security gates(burglar doors) must be installed at the unit. 1.4 MPR is entitled to recover 10% as commission per month plus VAT on all amounts collected and recovered, this include the monthly contribution to Ensurent. 1.5 Levies, Rates and Taxes will be paid by MPR on behalf of the Landlord, and will be deducted from the monthly rental due to the landlord.

NON-RENTAL GUARANTEE 2.1 MPR is entitled to finders fee or contract fees equal to 36% of the first calendar month’s rental payable in terms of any agreement of the lease on the property at any time. 2.2 In complexes with no security guards, security gates(burglar doors) must be installed at the unit. 2.3 MPR is entitled to recover 7% as commission per month plus VAT on all amounts collected and recovered. 2.4 Levies, Rates and Taxes will be paid by MPR on behalf of the Landlord, and will be deducted from the monthly rental due to the landlord.

RENTAL GUARANTEE THROUGH ENSURENT WITHOUT MANAGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY 3.1 The landlord and the tenant needs to be approved by MPR together with Ensurent. 3.2 The tenant is to be placed by the Landlord, or on request that MPR places the tenant a finders fee of 36% will be charged to the landlord. 3.3 The landlord will pay an annual membership fee of R195 excluding VAT to Ensurent. 3.4 The monthly fee of 4.5% of the monthly rental excluding VAT will be paid to Ensurent. By signing through MPR the monthly fee of 3% excluding VAT will be charged instead of the 4.5%even though the landlord manages his own property.
