Tenures and the Housing Journey – Morning Session Actions and PurposeTimescale Action Area Three 1 Develop a cross tenure narrative around the housing journey (from birth and throughout lifetime) – thinking beyond normal boundaries, cross tenure journey and contributing to broader people centred outcomes. Action Area Four 2 Further analysis of the nature of market failure and responses in relation to the PRS – affordability, security, investment and good management. Action Area Five 3 Create more attractive housing options for older people to stay or move to a place where they can feel at home and are supported and connected to play a full part in their community.
