Original recipe; Pumpkin Roll 3 eggs 2/3 cups of pumpkin 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp of baking soda ½ tsp of cinnamon ¾ cups of flour Chopped nut are optional
Original recipe; Filling 2 tbs. of butter 1 cup of confectionary sugar ¾ tsp. of vanilla 8 oz cream cheese
Recipe Directions Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased cookie sheet, covered with waxed paper Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar on dish towel,remover cake then flip cake on towel roll up and set in fridge.let set 1 hour then apply filling the n set in fridge over night

Is it practical to make adjusted amount? Yes because just one pumpkin roll wouldn’t be enough for the whole class so it is practical to adjust it.
