Entire Sugarcane Biomass has utility value Entire Sugarcane Biomass has utility value Entire Sugarcane Biomass has utility value to derive byproducts like Sugar, Alcohol, Power, Paper, Particle Board, Bioplastics.. Many innovative products are being explored and leveraged the world over ……….from Sugar Cane Waste

Sugarcane Ethanol Sugarcane Ethanol  is an alcohol-based fuel produced by the fermentation of sugarcane juice and molasses.  Sugarcane ethanol is a clean, affordable and low-carbon bio fuel

Sugarcane Ethanol  It has emerged as a leading renewable fuel for the transportation sector.  Ethanol can be used two ways:  Blended with gasoline at levels ranging from 5 to 25 % to reduce petroleum use,  Boost octane ratings and cut tailpipe emissions  Boost octane ratings and cut tailpipe emissions  -Pure ethanol – a fuel made up of % ethanol depending on country specifications – can be used in specially designed engines

Sugar Cane Ethanol  Brazil is the world’s largest sugar cane ethanol producer and a pioneer in using ethanol as a motor fuel.  In 2010, Brazilian ethanol production reached 27.4 billion liters (7.2 billion gallons).  Most of this production is absorbed by the domestic market where it is sold as either pure ethanol fuel or blended with gasoline.  All gasoline sold in Brazil includes a blend of 18 to 25 percent ethanol.

Sugarcane ethanol today is made from the sucrose found in sugarcane juice and molasses. This current process taps only one-third of the energy sugarcane can offer. The other two-thirds remains locked in leftover cane fiber (called bagasse) and straw. While some of this energy is converted to bioelectricity Bioelectricity Bioelectricity

Wondrous bagasse What is bagasse? As the world's number one crop, sugar cane is one of the most readily available non-tree fibers. Bagasse is a by-product of the sugar-making process and would otherwise just be trashed.

Modular Storage System Beautiful Cupboards for Home n Offices made from Sugar Cane Waste This is a modular storage system built with reconstituted sugar cane waste fiber panels. The frames allow for endless stacking configurations, and are made of Woodlite, a plastic mixed with fiber made from Sugar cane waste material.

Packaging Material An environmentally friendly alternative when disposables cannot be avoided: this product is biodegradable and compostable. Packaging Material –Carton Boxes above -Made from Bagasse (sugar cane waste fiber.)

High Quality Nutrient enriched Compost The waste by-products of the sugar-cane industry, bagasse (b), presumed (p) and trash (t) have been subjected to bioinoculation followed by vermicomposting to shorten stabilization time and improve product quality producing a nutrient-enriched compost product useful for sustaining high crop yield, minimizing soil depletion and value added disposal of waste materials
