Boundary Objects Across Social Worlds 2.Successful boundary objects satisfy the informational requirements (needs) of each of the social worlds they are used within; more successful boundary objects should satisfy more requirements from more social worlds. Role of Boundary Objects in Translation, Coherence 3.Boundary objects, which are recognizable across social worlds, should facilitate translation and support some level of coherence between these worlds.
