Safety Barbara Jordan Incident Rate 0.00 with 17,792 hours worked - Construction Industry Average Incident Rate in 2008 was (recordable or lost time) = [(number of recordable or lost time injuries) x 200,000]/(number of hours) Quality - 8 non-conformance issues written to date and have been remediated Schedule - CPM Schedule is developed and contractor comments are being incorporated prior to CPM submission - 21 weather days to date but appears to be incorporated into the schedule logic - Current Completion Date: February 23, 2011 MBE/WBE Minority Workforce - MBE Goal 15%Barbara Jordan to Date 24% - WBE Goal 5%Barbara Jordan to Date 4% - Minority Workforce Goal 10%Barbara Jordan to Date 47.07%

What’s Next? Concrete Slabs – - Concrete elevated slab pours will start tomorrow - Concrete slab-on-grade will start April 29 - Concrete slabs to complete by May 21 Structural Steel – - Roof screen steel will start upon completion of elevated slab pours - Roof deck will be placed after roof screen framing is erected - Gym and Cafeteria bar joists erection will start April 30 Plumbing – - Water service will be completed to the building - In-wall plumbing rough-in will start in 1 st floor restrooms after slab pour

Electrical – - Electric in wall erection will start with wall framing Masonry – - Load Bearing Masonry in Gym and Cafeteria will complete April 30 Building Enclosure Program - Mock-up sun screen brackets will be installed the week of April 26 - Mock-up air/moisture barrier and detailing will be started the week of May 3 - Exterior Building studs will start the week of May 3 Interior - Interior partitions will start the week of May 3
