Data Entry Use Following administration of the assessment(s) data will be entered into the state’s Extended Assessment database by QA07s Data must be entered by the close of the data entry/assessment window as published by the ODE, currently listed as 4/13

Entering data Select assessment from a list of Extended Assessment possibilities –Elementary vs. Middle/high (Level) –Scaffold vs. Standard (Administration) Enter data according to your clear scoring on the protocol –This is not the time to change data or to question what you meant

Functions Enter information item by item This will be supported by drop down menus Each task is represented in its entirety as a means to verify that the appropriate assessment/task/level/administration has been accessed You will have the opportunity to save information after each task
