Getting Started…

Set up your account Go to and find the sign up box. Enter your name, your address, and a password. On the next page, select a username – type your own or choose the one we've suggested. Click Create my account.

Tips for picking a username Your username or “handle” is the name your followers use when mentions, and direct messages. It will also form the URL of your Twitter profile page. Fewer than 15 characters in length.
