B. Maintenance of database relating to Accused persons (arrest card) / Missing persons, Vehicles (Stolen / Accident) from the FIR indexes of CRB.

SERVICE WORK: 1.Issuance of NCC for persons / NOC for Vehicle called by SP(HQ) / Transport Department. 2. Preparation of periodical reports inclusive of daily comparative statement, weekly / fortnightly /monthly / quarterly /half yearly / annual reports to all concerned including NCRB for the preparation of Crime in India report. ADDITIONAL WORKS: 1.Maintenance and Preparation of Pay Bills for Puducherry Region. 2.“ Public Grievance Cell ” to enquire on the petitions forwarded for report time to time. 3.Preparing of draft reply for Assembly / Parliamentary questions.
