Example : SU XX (SU ) If Old ID exists Can logged in If Old ID doesn’t exists Contact to Circle Admin to get new ID and Password Supervisor Can’t logged in Get New ID (For new supervisor id) (For existing supervisor id) Help Desk :
23 April Continuation…… 4) A) If Supervisor is able to login (with old user id) and no other message displays, then supervisor will automatically get a new ID. Please note down your New ID and Password. B) If Supervisor is not able to login (with old user id) and following message displays “U are not authorized for this machine” or “ You are not authorize for getting new Id ” then contact to Circle Admin for getting new id and password.
