Supervisor Options The supervisor may enter time for an employee when the employee is unable to enter his/her own time. Supervisors should avoid entering time for employees when possible to ensure employees sign the final timecard. The proper procedure for changing a timecard is for the supervisor to reject the submission and provide feedback for revisions.
Implementation Student workers will begin using the new process in September. Campus-by-campus rollout will begin in late September. Full implementation should occur by December.
Guides for Employees and Supervisors Step-by-step guides are available for employees and supervisors. Guides may be found on the Troy University website under Payroll in the Human Resources section.
