Briefly: E.M.A.S  EMAS is like stock control system for managing FKE Store.  All components requested must through this systems.  The system will sent an with detail of the components requested to supervisor for approval.  Supervisor will reply the request from the system to the STOR FKE UTeM for next action.

Flow of E.M.A.S System System for Components request from students Reply Approval of Supervisor to STOR FKE UTeM STOR Manager will take action according to the approval Student action Supervisor action Stock Manager action

Supervisor Action: Start Received Components Request (student) Reply [Approved or Decline] Send Reply

Components Requested Student Detail

Type reply approved or Declined Make sure the receiver is STOR FKE UTeM SEND

FAQ  Does supervisor need reply if not approve for the component request from students?  You have to reply whenever is approve or not.  What is the duration of supervisor for reply Component Request ?  Reply the within 7 days. If fail to do reply within 7 days, the component request transaction will cancelled automatically without prior notice.

FAQ  How if lecturer or technician wan to request component for other proposes (lectures/etc) from EMAS?  Can request using EMAS. Kindly advise to proceed Store component. Stock manager will assist you for requesting your components.  Does the PDF file need to print out and submit? Signature need?  Not Need. This PDF file just a record for your references.

 Can reply the approval through mobile devices (iOS devices, Android Devices & etc)?  Can using mobile devices for reply the but make sure the receiver is STOR FKE UTeM. It is fully supported for any kind of devices and also web base . FAQ
