Triceratops - an extinct genus of herbivorous dinosaurs of the family tseratopsid existed from about 68 to 60 million years ago in what is present-day North America and India.
Having a large collar bone, three horns on the snout, large thick limbs and a similar figure with a rhinoceros, is one of the most recognizable dinosaurs.
Although, perhaps, the biggest predator of the time Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops could hunt, it is unclear if they could fight each other, as is often portrayed.
Full triceratops skeleton is still not found, it was discovered many partial skeletons, from its opening in 1887.
Triceratops were herbivorous, and because of their low position of the head, their main food, were probably low-growing plants. Jaws ended narrow and deep beak that supposed to have been designed to tear plants, not chewing.
