Ultriva Replace Item & 7.7 Enhancements Continued – Agenda Go over a few more enhancements in Ultriva Version 7.7 and Replacing an Item We will have a few short surveys and will give you the results 4

Version 7.7 – Cycle Time Report Cycle Time Report – The Item Description has been added to the report 5

Version 7.7 – Buyer Queue & Buyer Status The Supplier Filter has changed from a Dropdown selection list to Auto Complete – Auto Complete has helped web page to load faster 6

Version 7.7 – Buyer Action - Supplier Filters Actions  Buyer Actions – Only Suppliers with available cards are shown on the selection list – The Action pages now load faster 7

Version 7.7 – Replace Items Replace Item is used when you need to discontinue a part and replace it with a new part number at a specific point in the future – Admin  Item  Highlight  More Options  Replace Item 8

Version 7.7 – Replace Items Enter the information for the replacement item On the Effective Date take Lead and Transit Times into consideration and subtract those days 9

Version 7.7 – Replace Items Item Status - 3 categories – Active - Normal status – Not Effective – Replacement item not yet active because the original item hasn’t hit the expiry date – Expired – Item has been replaced with the new item 10

Version 7.7 – Replace Items Open Orders are not automatically converted on the expiration date As expired cards get released they will be destroyed and new cards created under the new item number and released to the supplier 11

Questions and Answers What if an item is supplied by 2 suppliers, will the replacement be for 1 supplier or for both suppliers? – If there are 2 suppliers associated with an item, both Suppliers get created for the Replacement Item with the previously assigned percentages and values for both. 12

Questions and Answers When you replace an item, can you search history for the old item number or does all history transfer to the new item? – For the basic reports, the history does not transfer to the new item. For things like the Card History: The cards cycled under Dog Collar Large still show as they normally would, the history is not moved to the new item For Dog Collar Large-2 -- only history for the new cards that get released/created for this item will show For the Auto Resize Wizard: Auto Resize is only using the history for the New Replacement Item – the Cycles for the Expired Item are not taken into account 13

Questions and Answers When you replace an item, can you search history for the old item number or does all history transfer to the new item? (Continued) – I did a Search ( ) using the search functionality on the lower left side of the screen for “Dog Collar Large” which is the example from the webinar - both items showed up. Note: Dog Collar Large is Expired and Dog Collar Large-2 is the Replacement Item 14

Questions and Answers Can the Replacement Item data be sent from the ERP system via integration? – Currently this process is handled in Ultriva only. This suggestion was passed along to the Engineering team. 15

Questions and Answers Will you still be able to do Spike Orders for the Expired Part? – Not at this time. This suggestion was passed along to the Engineering team. 16

Questions and Answers Can the Effective Date be changed if all cards for the original part have not been released? – Once the Part is Expired, you cannot edit the replacement information and change the Effective Date. – If the Original Part is still active, you can edit the Effective Date. For example, if today is October 20 th and the Expiration Date is set as October 31 st. You can still edit the replacement information and change the Expiration Date. 17

Questions and Answers After replacing the item, do you have the ability to identify the Expired Item which was replaced by the new item (and vice versa)? – Not at this time. This suggestion was passed along to the Engineering team. 18
