2014 Eastern Area Leadership Forum "Leveraging the Treasure of Leadership ” National Strategic Plan Organizational Effectiveness: The Links, Incorporated establishes direction, develops tools and defines processes that facilitate continual organizational transformation for the purpose of achieving its mission, outcomes and goals. Goal : To equip members and chapters with tools that will ensure they are operating efficiently, effectively and implementing the National Strategic Plan, and utilizing technology.

2014 Eastern Area Leadership Forum "Leveraging the Treasure of Leadership ” Records and maintains official minutes/summaries of executive and presidents conference calls Records maintenance and archiving of files Updating necrology information of Links, Connecting Links, and Heir-O-Links in the EA; verifying information with MMS and chapters to present at the Memorial Service at Area Conferences and National Assembly Compile the EA Chapter Profiles annually to create the database; identify & contact those chapters who have not input their data into the MMS System Disseminate chapter profile info (database) to all EA officers and facet/committee chairs - annually Running relevant reports (as needed)
