Russell VoTeR Center 29 September Voting Equipment Evaluation  Activity since April-May 2006  VoTeR Center evaluated several systems, including  AccuVote Optical Scan system  IVS Inspire vote-by-phone system  The evaluations are done in the UConn VoTeR Lab  Hands-on evaluation  Exploration of possible attack vectors  Physical integrity (to a lesser extent)  Mitigation strategies
