Percy  This is the star, and his sword Riptide, Anaklusmos the Greek name.  Percy has many friends and is a son of Poseidon, one of the Big three  The big three made a pact because of the great prophecy

Annabeth  Daughter of Athena  Friend of Percy  Good fighter  Uses a bronze knife given to her by Luke

Nico  Son of Hades  Was with sister in a place called Lotus casino for a long time  Found by Percy, Annabeth, Thalia and Grover

Grover  Satyr  Half goat  Percy’s best friend  Found him at school  Disguised  Got trapped by Polyphemus

The River Styx River to the underworld. Luke swam in the river Styx to attain invincibility, like Achilles, the only area that he could be harmed in was his Achilles heel. Luke did this to prepare for Kronus to take over his body. Percy swims in here in the last Olympian so he can be a match to “Kronus.”

Monsters There are many monsters, and Percy has to face them in this book. Some of these are: Sorry, no pictures available  The Minotaur- this is the first monster Percy ever fought  Scythian Dracaenae- dragon women, with 2 tails instead of legs  Hyperborean giants-30 feet tall, with blue skin  Lydian Drakon- someone will slay it single handed  Clazmonian sow- giant winged female pig, destroys all in its path

Camp Half-blood This is where the campers are taken by the Satyrs for protection. There is a cabin for the 12 gods of Mt. Olympus. All the kids with minor gods or Hades as parents go to the Hermes cabin because he is the god of travellers.

Mount Olympus Home of the gods, this place currently rests on the 600 th floor of the empire state building. This place is ruled by Zeus.

Many Battles have taken place in Percy’s adventures, many deaths have taken place too. Will Percy succeed? What does the Great Prophecy mean? Find out!!!
