Idea Process Event: 30 th birthday party Theme: Bold, colorful, artistic birthday party Design Style: Contemporary with a discordant color scheme (red-violet, blue- violet, yellow-green, yellow-orange) Location: Gainesville Garden Club How we arrived at our idea: The client requested an eclectic, unusual design with bold colors for her 30 th birthday party. Using these tastes, we decided to use a wide mixture of flowers, including orchids, to give a warm, outdoors feel. We also felt that using banana trees with these bold colors will help to warm the room up while adding to the outdoor element the client was looking for.
