The development of the head box automated control system of the educational- experimental plant at pulp and paper production Vitalii Rezatdinov

The aim of the research it is to develop the head box control system of technological process of stock preparation realized on the basis of educational and experimental plant. Objective

The analysis process of paper production result Continuous process. Multi-step process. The processes in the wet end of the paper machine (PM) and especially the stock inlet system play the most important role in the formation of qualitative products The main element of the stock inlet system, in terms of control system construction, is precisely the head box.

The scheme of the head box educational- experimental plant С − compressor, V1 − adjusting valve with pneumatic positioner, V2 − adjusting valve with electrical drive, P − power pump with frequency regulated electrical drive, PT1 – aircushion pressure transmitter, PT2 – total head transmitter, V3 − air reduction gear.
