Versatility of load transfer to meet all engineer designs. Universal Dowel Sleeves Our Universal Dowel Sleeves (UDS) are injection moulded for accurate and exacting tolerances. To ensure maximum straightness, rigidity and integrity. The product is injection moulded in medium density polyethylene, specially designed for products requiring a high degree of rigidity. With a long term UV stabilisation package, it meets the demands of one of the highest UV levels in the world. Versatility of load transfer to meet all engineer designs. Versatility of load transfer to meet all engineer designs. Biscuit Plate Dowel System The Connolly Biscuit plate Dowel System is superior in withstanding greater load (force kN) with less deflection, than others currently “tested” on the market. Connolly Biscuit Plate Dowel Systems provide superior lateral movement capabilities than others currently on the market. 9 Connolly – Expansion Joints Expansion Joint Systems Full depth galvanised roll formed steel profile with 10mm polyethylene closed cell foam bonded, thereby providing an uninterrupted 10mm compression capabilities. Load transfer achieved by hot dipped galvanised friction cut steel (AS/NZS 4680:2006) dowel bars. Accurate dowel alignment and de-bonding achieved by our dowel sleeve systems (UDS).
