Health & Human Services Limited Enrollment Programs Application and Admissions Procedures

If you are qualified for your program: You will be instructed to pay the Business Office a $50.00 NONREFUNDABLE list processing fee to have your name placed on the list of qualified applicants.

When you obtain a slot for your program: You will be contacted by CERTIFIED MAIL and given a deadline by which to pay a NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE $ deposit. This deposit will be subtracted from tuition your first semester. You MUST maintain a 2.0 on the general education courses which apply to you program in order remain on the list and to enter the program.

When you have completed the necessary steps to be placed on your program you MUST return to Admissions and meet with a counselor.

You will now view slides listing qualifying steps for each limited enrollment medical program. Click through the slides until you find the qualilfying steps for the program in which you are interested.

 HS diploma or GED  HS or College CHM And one of the following:  Minimum SAT or ACT score, or  Completion of all required general education courses and electives with 2.5 GPR and completion of Rdg 101 with a “C” or better.

 HS Diploma or GED and one of the following:  Minimum SAT or ACT scores and COMPASS RDG 88 or ASSET RDG 46, or  Minimum COMPASS or ASSET score, or  Health Science Certificate/2.5 GPR and  Radiologic Technology Orientation  Hospital Observation

HS Diploma or GED HS or College CHM and one of the following: Minimum SAT or ACT Scores or Baccalaureate degree plus an 88 COMPASS reading score or RDG 101 or Completion of all required general education courses and elective with 2.5 GPR

HS Diploma or GED and one of the following: Minimum SAT or ACT Scores, or Baccalaureate degree plus COMPASS 88 RDG score or RDG 101, or Completion of all required general education courses and electives with 2.5 GPR

 HS Diploma or GED and one of the following:  Minimum COMPASS scores or  Minimum ASSET scores or  Minimum SAT scores or  Minimum ACT scores or  “C” or better in Rdg 100, Eng 100 and Mat 150

 HS diploma or GED and one of the following:  Minimum ASSET or COMPASS scores or  Minimum SAT or ACT scores or  Baccalaureate degree or  “C” or better in Eng 100, Mat 150, Rdg 101
