PREPARE & CONDUCT TRAINING VIRGINIA MILITARY INSTITUTE --- NCO ACADEMY The method you are about to learn can be utilized to prepare and conduct training of ANY type. You can apply it to simple tasks, drill blocks, field training, classroom training and more.
