Reasons for learning another language… You can experience new cultures and meet new people If you visit a country on holiday, people respect you if you try to speak their language. It also helps if there is a problem or if you get lost It gives you opportunities in life – to travel, to work, to live abroad… It is good for your brain. You become better at speaking your own language.
