Building Requirements LEED Certified – per state requirements 72 hours, self-sustained generator (Possible reuse of existing generator as cost saving measure) Reuse existing 2- convault tanks for fuel island (Diesel and regular gallons each) Architecture to match surrounding buildings
Site Requirements The Existing fire station shall remain open at all times with ingress and egress 24 hours a day. During construction, all utilities servicing adjacent and off-site facilities shall not be interrupted Secure staging areas and site at all times with a 6 foot high chain link fence with wind screen Drainage per SFWMD
