cdpACCESS is an new, online cloud-based tool built exclusively for ICC's code development process cdp is the abbreviation for code development process. cdpACCESS was once known as remote voting, but it is much more than that. Log in to cdpACCESS.com now to check your voter status Primary Representatives must complete an online questionnaire by Sept. 1 for Governmental Member Voting Representatives (GMVR) to be to be eligible to vote at this year’s Annual Business Meeting, Public Comment Hearing and Online Governmental Consensus Vote. If a GMVR was properly validated for the 2014 Online Assembly Floor Motion, the Primary Representative does not need to re-validate unless there are updates or changes to be made.
