End of Nomination Exercise The nomination exercise for the Non Teaching Staff member representative Trustees ended on 21/8/2014. Analysis of the nominations was carried out and the following candidates have been cleared to vie for the elections.

Candidates Vieing for Non Teaching Staff member Trustees representative A) Grace Kiringa, Assistant Registrar, Legal Office B) Michael Adala, Accountant, Finance C) Bernard D. Njuguna, Deputy Registrar, Board of Postgraduate Studies D) Naftali Oyugi, Senior Technologist, Geospatial and Space Technology

Ballot Dates Active Non Teaching Staff members can collect and cast their BALLOT PAPERS into the BALLOT BOX available at any of the election Centers between 25th & 27th August 2014 between 8.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m. except on 27th August 2014, when the Election Centres will close at noon.

Ballot Counting Counting of the ballots will be done on Wednesday 27th Aug 2014 from 2pm in the Council Chamber and immediately thereafter the winner will be declared.

Important Notice ALL VOTERS ARE CAUTIONED THAT VOTING IN MORE THAN ONECENTRE IS ACRIMINAL OFFENCE. MS. R. W. NGONDO RETURNING OFFICER
