Information about the setup in departments Administrative staff need to get all the information about the assignments from Academic staff (as required for Add a new assignment... form). These need to be documented in an Excel file for ease of upload by Faculty Technical Support Staff (Excel template provided). One person per dept needs to be nominated to have further training to get Staff Level 2 access rights. This training will be provided at the time of the setup. All Assignment Markers’ computer user-ids (e.g. fc1dr) need to be provided for setup date.
