Look at the title, pictures, and headings of the following reading. Explore Do you go to the movies? What movies do you like? Active background knowledge: What information/vocabulary might the text include? Predict: Who are the characters of the movie? What kind of movie is it? Formulate questions:

While you are reading, identify parts of the story that you didn´t know. Did you know all the names of the characters? Make connections: While you are reading, underline the words that you do not know in the text to check later. Underline new words:
