Configurations Recommendation #1: With 30 antennas need to reconfigure on 2-3 yr timescales Recommendation #2: With 45 antennas construct a hybrid array to enable simultaneous science Memos available for comment in the next 10 days

User Policy - what is it? Data access policy Archives and databases access policy –Quality control, how and when? Need for TAC –Who can apply? –Large / Small time fraction? VLBI time? –ToO, NAPA policy Scheduling, maintenance, commissioning time Define Key Projects and how to implement them Rules for external partners and/or providers of hardware/software 5 year and 30 year ASKAP cycle Not operations - but must fit with AT operations plan
