The far-off land sounded so wonderful for the young mouse began to dream about it. He knew he would never be content until he had been there. I’m not content with the way my bedroom looks. Maybe I’ll paint the walls blue and put up a new poster. Adjective A- upset S- happy

The young mouse liked to hear about the desert beyond the river, and he got shivers from the stories about the dangerous shadows that lived in the sky. All types of cactus grow in the desert. They can survive without much water. Noun A- wetland S-Sahara

“You will encounter hardships on your way, but don’t despair. You will reach the far-off land if you keep hope alive within you.” Where might a mouse encounter a bison? The two animals could probably meet somewhere on the Great Plains. Noun A- avoidance S- appointment

The young mouse peered into the deep water. “How will I ever get across?” he said in dismay. To her dismay, Tammy discovered that she had lost her favorite sunglasses. She was upset for days. Noun A- assurance S- alarm

If you will hop along beneath me, the shadows of the sky won’t see you, and I will guide you to the mountains.” The hiker volunteered to guide us along the trail. We followed her and soon reached the lake. verb A- abondon S- accompany

He ate berries when he could find them and slept only when he was exhausted. After running in the marathon, Michael said he had never been so exhausted in his entire life. Adjective A- refresh S- burn out
