Foundations  Element = a functional object with a specific function, defined without mentioning the kind of the technical solution or the construction method F.ex. Floors on groundwork – weight 3 tons/m², planeness class 5mm/2m  Building fraction = a fysical object with a specific performance, defined precisely by mentioning the kind of the technical solution and the construction method F.ex.
